Submission Chardonnay is a distinguished white wine produced by 689 Cellars, a winery celebrated for its commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The 2021 vintage is a blend of 100% Chardonnay grapes, aged for 9 months in 75% stainless steel and 25% new French Oak barrels. This aging process imparts a harmonious balance of acidity and minerality, with tasting notes of orange citrus, fresh grapefruit, peach blossom, and toasted almond. The wine is medium to full-bodied, offering a bright and crisp palate with subtle tropical and floral notes, leading to an elegant and refreshing finish.
