Luna Beberide

Luna Beberide is a distinguished winery located in the Bierzo D.O. (Denomination of Origin) in northwestern Spain. Established in 1987 by Bernardo Luna, the winery is now managed by his son, Alejandro Luna. The estate spans 70 hectares, with vines ranging from 15 to 80 years old, planted at elevations between 450 and 900 meters on south-facing slopes. The soils are a mix of calcareous clay and decomposed slate, ideal for cultivating the indigenous Mencía and Godello grape varieties. The winery practices organic farming methods, avoiding herbicides and pesticides, and employs native yeasts for fermentation. Their portfolio includes red, white, rosé, sparkling, and sweet wines, all reflecting the unique terroir of Bierzo.
