Banfi Chianti Superiore

This Chianti Superiore is crafted primarily from Sangiovese grapes, with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo Nero. The wine undergoes maceration with the skins for 8 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by fermentation. It then undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 4 to 5 months in barriques, followed by extended bottle aging.
