At Ocean9Liquor, we take pride in offering top-quality liquor products at the best prices in Miami Beach. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns, refunds, or exchanges policy except in limited cases. Please review our policy below before making a purchase:
Non-Returnable Items:
To maintain safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
Opened bottles – Any bottle that has been unsealed, opened, or consumed in any amount.
Perishable items – This includes any product that is subject to spoilage or contamination once purchased.
Special orders – Custom or specially requested items are final sale.
Gift cards and promotional items – These cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Eligible Returns & Refunds:
We may process a return or refund only in the following situations:
Damaged products upon delivery – If your order arrives with a broken or leaking bottle, please contact us at contact@ocean9liquor.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the package and product.
Incorrect item received – If you receive the wrong product, notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered.
Defective products – If a product has a manufacturer defect (e.g., a sealed bottle with visible spoilage or contamination), please report the issue within 48 hours for evaluation.
Refund Process:
All refund requests must be submitted via email or in-store within the specified timeframes.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued back to the original payment method.
Additional Notes:
We do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences.
No refunds will be given for alcohol purchases that were left unattended, improperly stored, or exposed to extreme temperatures after purchase.
Orders that are not picked up within 48 hours of purchase (for in-store pickup) may be canceled without a refund.
