Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Ocean9Liquor, we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery service while complying with all state and federal liquor regulations. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Local Delivery Policy

Delivery Radius: We only deliver within a 2-mile radius of our store in Miami Beach. Orders placed outside this area will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Radius: We ship all over the United States.

Age Verification: A valid government-issued ID (21+) must be presented at the time of delivery. We cannot leave alcohol deliveries unattended or with minors.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 20-40 minutes during business hours. Delays may occur during peak times or due to weather conditions.

Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum purchase amount may be required for delivery services. Please check our checkout page for details.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is unavailable or fails to present a valid ID, the order will be returned to the store. A restocking fee may apply, and no refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to ID issues.

In-Store Pickup

Orders placed online for in-store pickup must be collected within 48 hours of purchase.

Customers must present their order confirmation and a valid ID matching the name on the order.

Unclaimed orders may be canceled without a refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver alcohol outside of our local delivery area.

We ship alcohol all over the United States via third party couriers.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item via our local delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for verification. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

Any claims made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for reimbursement.
